Refund Policy

Roam Pass Europe SIM cards are prepaid products.
Once a SIM has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, as activation and usage cannot be reversed.

If you experience any issue with activation or the SIM does not work as expected, please contact our support team.
We will troubleshoot the problem and, when necessary, provide a replacement SIM and ensure it is activated for you at no extra cost.
